Redwood ValleyRP — No Refunds Policy

When you make a purchase from Redwood ValleyRP, you are purchasing a license to access digital virtual benefits (such as supporter ranks, perks, and subscription benefits). All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or transfers for supporter ranks, donations, or subscriptions.

Important notes

• No refunds for bans or rule violations: If you are banned, suspended, or restricted for violating server/platform rules, you are not eligible for a refund.

• Access is not guaranteed: Access to the server and its features may change due to updates, maintenance, enforcement actions, or administrative decisions.

• Server closure / resets: If Redwood ValleyRP is discontinued, reset, wiped, or shut down, any virtual items, perks, ranks, or subscription benefits may be lost, and no refunds will be issued.

• Virtual items have no real-world value: All perks/items are digital, not real currency, and cannot be exchanged for real-world money or value.

• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute may result in a permanent ban and removal of access/benefits.
